Hotel Sun Resort & Spa

Nice and modern hotel located right on the beach with a sea view. Not too many interesting places in the near vicinity but a good base for visiting places in Marche like Urbino or Gradara. Parking was free of charge and next to the hotel. All hygienic standards were highly respected and the ventilation in the breakfast room was secured. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Our special thanks go to Mrs. Simona, who was very friendly and none of our wishes was too much for her!

The hotel was great. We had the room in front of the sea, so we had a good balcony with seaview. The breakfast had good choices, the lunch and diner where also good. You have to pick what you want the day before. We loved it, the owner speaks English (good English) but keep in mind, it is an Italian hotel, that means sweets like pie for breakfast (they had bread too) Italian croissants and lunch and diner everyday at the same time, all togheter. After lunch, nobody is at the beach, only a few people. If you have halfboard or fullboard, you have beachchairs and a umbrella at the beach. Its not a big beach, so not a lot of chairs, but you are in line. If you like the Italian way of living and (beach) holiday, this is the hotel you must choose. Ow and the bed is really comfy!

I was in this hotel for New Year's Eve, I stayed 3 nights. Good location. The breakfast was excellent, complete with everything, including many things for vegans and I must say, of high quality. Excellent staff, helpful and truly capable. We ended up with a room with a sea view and I was aware that I would have paid more than the others, but I was expecting a slightly more decent room, in fact there was no kettle (I wouldn't have even noticed if the people hadn't told me). my friends with cheaper rooms), in the bathroom no soap dish either in the shower or on the sink. I would have gotten over it, but sleeping 3 nights in a room full of mold (unfortunately I realized it late) makes me write this negative review. When I pointed this out, not even a small discount was offered to me. If I had been allergic I don't know what I could have done. However, the sea view was beautiful but the chairs to sit on the terrace were not usable. If they don't renovate it, I strongly advise against it.

I have just spent a week's holiday with my husband and daughters at this hotel and it was an experience that I highly recommend. The hotel is located in an enviable position, facing the sea, and crossing the road (ztl so not busy at all) you are on the beach. Breakfast is served on the external veranda and it seems to be on the sea, as well as during meals as the restaurant has a huge window overlooking the sea. The room was very spacious, furnished in a modern style, with state-of-the-art mattresses and pillows, and very clean. Cleanliness can be seen in all areas of the hotel starting from the reception where you can always smell a very pleasant scent. It is a hotel with great attention to detail and a particular mention should be made of the breakfast which is prepared and presented with noteworthy care. All the staff is polite, friendly, courteous and always available for every need. Thanks in particular to the brunette girl at the reception and to Anisa but without taking anything away from all the other waiters who have always been impeccable. In the kitchen, chef Matteo is a guarantee. The food is always excellent and alternates traditional dishes with other more particular but always spot on. The terrace offers a magnificent show as well as the possibility of drinking excellent cocktails. Lastly, but still important, an excellent beach service with umbrellas at a good distance, a very friendly lifeguard, attentive to the cleanliness of the establishment and a bar with excellent dishes and friendly staff
